Atkins owned the Mumbles Mineral Water Co, it was based in Commercial Place before moving to The Parade in Mumble between 1912 and 1913. It appears in the early 1900s Atkins married Mrs Annie Evans who run Evans's Aerated Water Co. in Swansea's West End.
